WHEN YOU HAVE A CHRONIC ILLNESS its tough2wake up 2face another day of physical&cognitive struggle-the usual way2inhabit&enjoy ur day arent available2you. I ALWAYSget up as soon as I wake(even if I just make a cuppa&go back2bed)&I😀,even if I dont feel it-it helps. What do U do?

If they havent experienced trauma they wont understand-it can be isolating&lonely. Find others who understand,whove been through it too. We all need a tribe we dont have to explain ourselves to & are accepted 😊
@pettypino It is obvious to anyone with an ounce of emotional intelligence he is struggling with mental health issues, regardless of his past behaviour needs help, he did the best thing leaving he was unstable
@_ScottPaige Unfortunately "attention seeking" is such a typical response to someone reaching out for help with MH problems, usually from people who just do not understand

I truly wish punishment fit the crime.
