@awilkinson I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I'm a prenatal/postnatal focused dietitian and I help my clients with this exact thing. Most OBGYNs just say to "take folic acid" (which isn't even the best form of B9 for some). There is SO much more we can do for families! Let me know how I can help.
