What good is a refrigerator that is not FOOD SAFE?

Isn’t the Geek Squad warranty supposed to make the appliance FUNCTIONAL? How FUNCTIONAL is a refrigerator that is not FOOD SAFE?

All I want them to do is to replace the refrigerator with the same model.

I purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator from BestBuy May 2021. This last month, I was visiting family out-of-state for 3 weeks, and came back to a COMPLETELY DEAD refrigerator.

The Geek Squad determined it was a faulty control board but…

… that will not make the refrigerator FOOD SAFE! The rotten food released bacteria (which causes the refrigerator to smell) into the workings of the refrigerator, which the Geek Squad can not clean. They won’t replace it either… SO….
