The Jedd Fisch hire is an interesting one for UW. Kansas' Lance Leipold more closely resembled Kalen DeBoer, in having won as a HC on multiple levels.

Fisch brings more risk, IMO, but also a more direct route to Big Ten wins. Key point: he's a proven west coast recruiter.
