Isn’t it cute how @Verizon thanks you for your loyalty and then can’t find notes or pull calls from their reps? They make sure to tell you the call is recorded, but they won’t go back and listen to them when you were given false information. Adorable really.

@ATIPT Since when is it acceptable to give a patient a cost estimate and then totally disregard it? Local office says they aren’t able to help and conveniently after being transferred 3 times, no billing supervisors are available. Ridiculous.
