I should add that a significant portion of my day was spent doing the exact same thing but the cupboard would still not close. I assume it was a fluke. Or my hook system trained the cupboard to close in some way.

Last week I spent a whole day trying to fix one of our kitchen cupboard doors. To the point I manufactured a ridiculous hook system to keep them closed. Archie just spent 5 minutes tightening the screws and it’s properly fixed and I’m annoyed in the name of female empowerment.

Hi @HSBC_UK, I submitted a dispute on my credit card for a holiday company that went bust in September last year and still heard nothing from your team regarding its progress. I have rang on multiple occasions for an update, with several phone operators advising... (1)

... as someone who is currently affected financially due to the pandemic I would appreciate an update. My partner received his share of the payment via ATOL several months ago, it seems choosing to use my HSBC card for these payments has been only detrimental. ... (3)
