@googlenesthelp my Nest learning thermostat has suddenly stopped detecting any WiFi networks. I’ve tried rebooting my router and resetting the Nest and this hasn’t helped. My WiFi is working fine on other devices. Please help!

@AvivaUK The problem is I don’t know what information is required, the letter I’ve received just says “further information”, so I can’t just update the claim… I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half now, I have work meetings to attend so I can’t stay on hold forever.

@AvivaUK I’ve received a letter asking me to contact your Health insurance claims dept as I need to provide further information relating to an invoice. So far I’ve been on hold for an hour. Is there another contact method I can use? Live chat is not available.

@AvivaUK So there’s no alternative way of contacting the claims department? It’s Aviva that have requested the info and at the moment I can’t get through to provide it.

@BCPCouncil maybe consider some customer service training for your waste team on the phones, just spoken to one of them and he was unbelievably rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Not impressed!
