@2MuchApplePie It was 10 points if you beat them, 5 points if you made it up in 20 seconds (which Mus did) - so was 2.5seconds. Mus finished 4 seconds after Joe, so wouldn’t have made all the difference. Would have been a photo finish though!
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation My nephew won a competition, I posted a picture of him and his trophy... like normal people.
You'd jump on the podium, take a selfie with them and say "Hey, we won!"
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation Surely a congratulations post for the current Eagles team should prioritise those who actually played... like Saquon... who did a whole lot more for the Eagles than Jason Kelce did this season.
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation Again... I ask, WHY. He didn't win the SB this year so under a post congratulating this year's Eagles team with 'SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS', but it has a load of old photos of Jason? Saquon didn't even feature as they didn't play at the same time, even though he almost won MVP.
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation I'm saying it's as ridiculous as Nick Foles photoshopping himself on... because it is. That's why he took it down.
Glad you agree.
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation Why *would* anyone (not in the winning team) show themselves with the team who just won a SB?Egomaniac behaviour. Nick Foles is on a podcast - did he post a picture of himself photoshopped next to Jalen?
@jarvistroy00@HomeGoodsMGMT@PHLEaglesNation He said it was because the image featured him, making it out that he was on the team, even though he didn't play this year and had nothing to do with their win.
@JJWatt When people are at risk of their behaviour being exposed, often that behaviour will stop as the person tries and stop the rumours... so the Chiefs loss only serves as proof that it was happening.
@AndieG99@GarrettMinaj@PopBase That part is fine. What I took issue with was your statement of fact at the headline, when it’s not a fact… it’s (as you’ve now admitted) just something you were told, when a quick search would show the headline stands. Over and out. 🫡
@AndieG99@QueenDoodle_@GarrettMinaj@PopBase It’s also on the Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK websites… “ Remission is a word doctors often use when talking about cancer.”
@AndieG99@QueenDoodle_@GarrettMinaj@PopBase You can say that all you want, but “remission” definitely is still used, no matter who told you. If it wasn’t used, it wouldn’t be on the current NHS and gov website. 🤷🏻♀️ “Cancer free” isn’t on there, so if the person who told you was right, “remission” would not be there either.
@AndieG99@QueenDoodle_@GarrettMinaj@PopBase Seems then that they’re both used interchangeably. Staff can use whichever they like according to various medical websites. They won’t use “cancer free” as they don’t use that anymore.
@QueenDoodle_@AndieG99@GarrettMinaj@PopBase I’ve never heard that term, my dad was told he was in remission when he had cancer a couple of years ago. NHS and gov websites both cite “remission”.
