He could have chosen to deposit his sperm in a condom or even a tube sock. This looks like 4 baby mamas, as all kids from one mom would be on a single order.

@milladeema @yvessirae Endometrial tissue is what makes up period blood. Even outside of the uterus, it comes off every month, causing bleeding and pain. The tissue itself causes bleeding, but the detaching can frequently cause internal bleeding and damage to the organs it lives on
