@Jon__Reed You don't know how Texas works. I am a Houston attorney. I have been hometowned in Beaumont which is an hour away. Lubbock is not Fort Worth. If you ever made the drive between Fort Worth and Dallas it is apparent.
@lhj192@ChrisFleury10@chris_kratovil There was no basis to remove. As I appreciate it. Sorsby's attorney was careful to not trigger federal jurisdiction.
@lhj192@ChrisFleury10@chris_kratovil BTW. I think he should have received a significant suspension but not the entire season. NCAA could have made that settlement.
@lhj192@ChrisFleury10@chris_kratovil I don't agree with that. How do you on the one hand tell kids not to gamble and on the other have FanDuel sponsor the very games they play in. NCAA should have never opened the door to gambling in college sports. But you know the NCAA. It is about money. Not the athletes.
I think it says something about us that with everything going on in this world that it was college football that caused Americans to lose their collective minds.
@ChrisFleury10@MarcSDunham@chris_kratovil Chris. I don't know where you are from. But believe me. There is a difference. I am a Houston lawyer who has been homeowned in Beaumont. And don't get me started on the Valley.
@ChrisFleury10@MarcSDunham@chris_kratovil Not a Lubbock county judge. Lubbock county judge recused himself. This was a visiting judge specifically chosen so people could not scream Lubbock County judge.
