I'm hyper-aware that it's Care Experience Week next week. I often find it to be tokenistic and I'm usually unsure how to challenge that.

@andygeorgeni The levels to which the met will go in relentless pursuit of this Black female is evidence of the prevailing culture in which being black means you experience the harshest of punishments. How that is supposed to encourage diversity truly remains a mystery.
Very disappointed that the Met are continuing to pursue this despite having failed with every attempt so far. She was able to pass vetting on her return and we continue to see people recruited and retained with convictions without being pursued in the courts
