@ATT
My husband and I have had an AT&T business account for years. When the account was originally opened, a 3rd line was added without our knowledge or consent, and we unknowingly paid for it for years. The line was never used.
Timeline:
-Nov 2025: AT&T confirmed the line was never used, canceled it, and submitted a $2k–$3k credit request
-No callback
-Multiple follow-ups → told the request “never existed”
-Dec 1 (3pm): request restarted, ref #15536253421
-No callback
-Jan 2: told that reference “doesn’t exist”
-Today: told the request was denied, with no explanation
I asked to speak to a manager and was told AT&T has no managers on duty worldwide today because it’s MLK Jr. Day. When I questioned that, the rep hung up on me.
We’re asking for a fair credit for years of billing on a line that was added without our knowledge and never used.
Please escalate this immediately or we will cancel our service.
@imbonabewch@BBigBrotherBuzz Just cause she acted one way on a show doesn’t mean she wasn’t a kind person. I met Mickey a few weeks ago and she was one of the nicest people at the event
