@WestJet you need more baggage services staff! Nobody can tell me anything, it’s ridiculous! Luggage put on wrong planes. Then after that’s fixed there is no staff to unload luggage! Initially I was mad a @FlyYYC but they have tweeted you are accountable. Please do something!
