The CDC reversed its guidance to say that people in close contact with a COVID-positive person don't need to get tested.

This is not science. It’s politics. Politics that are dangerous to public health.

It's indefensible.

How can you watch this and deny that racism exists? White men with guns are engaged by police with no fear, while a Black man with no gun was shot 7 times in the back. Truth is on display. Calling for strategy, dismantling, organization, commitment and leadership.

I miss the compassionate leadership & power of the presidency being used to bring people together.

Anyone who wasn’t inspired to not only vote but also give new life and meaning to American Democracy missed something special tonight.

While there are encouraging signs new SC coronavirus cases are on the decline, across ⁦@RichlandSC⁩ & in @CityofColumbia there is alarming growth of new reported cases.
It's crucial we stay resilient, keep our distance & fight together by standing apart to beat #COVID19.😷

Sometimes we underestimate the goodness of people and the courage of people. We shouldn't.

I'll never forget how 30,000 Americans from around the country volunteered to come to NY when we were in need.

There is so much hope in that.
