BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a massive defeat as a Georgia judge rejects his desperate bid to dismiss criminal charges against him tied to the state's election interference case.

Absurdly, Trump tried to argue that his free speech rights were being violated.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee was totally unswayed by Trump's absurd claims, and ruled that the statements from Trump and his cronies in the indictment were made "in furtherance of criminal activity" and thus they are NOT protected by the First Amendment.

Trump and the rest of the alleged MAGA criminals have been charged with racketeering and other serious charges. If there's any justice in this world, they'll all end up behind bars.

BREAKING: Indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump demands that New York judge Arthur Engoron dismiss New York’s $250 million fraud case against him and his family business — and immediately gets a BRUTAL response from Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump told Judge Engoron that the case should be completely dismissed outright because Engoron and his law clerk are “biased” toward him, declaring, “In this case the evidence of apparent and actual bias is tangible and overwhelming. Such evidence, coupled with an unprecedented departure from standard judicial procedure, has tainted these proceedings and a mistrial is warranted.”

Unfortunately for Trump, New York Attorney General Letitia James didn’t mince words with a quick response to Trump’s shameless demand, telling the judge, “Once again, Donald Trump is trying to dismiss the truth and the facts, but the numbers and evidence don’t lie. Donald Trump is now being held accountable for the years of fraud he committed and the incredible ways he lied to enrich himself and his family. He can keep trying to distract from his fraud, but the truth always comes out.”

To make matters even worse for Donald Trump, Judge Engoron ALREADY signaled that he will deny his motion to dismiss the case — and announced today that he will make his final decision on the matter shortly.

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Leititia James scores a massive win at today’s trial as Donald Trump’s son Trump Junior makes a STUNNING courtroom admission under oath that seals the Trump Organization’s fate and makes the case a slam dunk for Attorney General James.

Trump Junior took the stand under oath today today and brazenly admitted to putting his signature on multiple fraudulent property evaluations when pressed by a prosecutor from James’ office.

A courtroom reporter shared, "Don Jr. was just shown a loan document from Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas dated March 13, 2017. He signed the document as 'attorney in fact' for his father, attesting at the time that the fraudulent document “presents fairly in all material respects the financial condition of Guarantor at the period presented.”

Even worse for Donald and Trump Junior, when confronted about why he sighed a document that was riddled with fraud, Trump Junior shamelessly replied, “I'm sure I've signed dozens of these in my time as trustee."

That’s right. Trump Junior just admitted in open court that he “signed dozens” of fraudulent documents, under his dad’s direction. This is devastating for Trump Junior and Donald Trump because this new admission contradicts Trump Junior’s earlier claim under oath that he had no knowledge of the fraudulent property valuations that the Trump Organization used to illegally fool banks and lenders.

If Trump Junior thinks that this is a winning strategy, he is in for a BIG surprise from Judge Engoron, who already found the Trump Organization guilty of fraud — and is now trying to come up with an appropriate monetary punishment, which, at this rate, may end up being over $250 million dollars.

BREAKING: President Biden makes history by issuing his first ever executive order to address the rise of artificial intelligence — proving that he is ahead of the curve when it comes to protecting the American people.

Donald Trump was asleep at the wheel, Biden is taking action....

The new order includes a range of powerful new measures aimed at mitigating the ways in which the advancement and proliferation of AI might threaten Americans' safety, privacy, and national security.

Tech pioneers of the most advanced AI systems will have to "share their safety test results and other critical information with the U.S. government."

On top of that, new standards and regulations will be created to ensure that AI remains "safe, secure, and trustworthy."

Additionally, the Department of Commerce will develop guidance to help people discern what is real and what is fabricated in the form of content authentication and "watermarking to clearly label AI-generated content."

Perhaps most importantly, there will be new rules put in place to protect "against the risks of using AI to engineer dangerous biological materials."

While this certainly will not solve all of the problems AI that will pose for our civilization, it is a crucial first step.

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets slammed with terrible news as a second bombshell lawsuit is filed to keep him off the ballot in Minnesota for the 2024 election under the power of the 14th Amendment.

Filed by Free Speech for People in Minnesota’s Supreme Court, the lawsuit cites compelling arguments made by many legal scholars and lawmakers that Trump should be disqualified from running again due to his attempted coup on January 6th.

Under the 14th Amendment, anyone who has "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States" is barred from holding elected office. Clearly, Donald Trump fits that description better than anyone in history.

In their letter to the Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon, the group explicitly asked for Trump to be banned from the ballot. The office of the Secretary has also received hundreds of calls, emails, and letters, asking for the same thing.

Crucially, this new lawsuit argues that Trump "remains unrepentant and would do it again" which is undeniable. Never once has he apologized or shown the slightest trace of remorse for his actions. His only regret is that he failed.

"To this day, Trump has never expressed regret that his supporters violently attacked the U.S. Capitol, threatened to assassinate the Vice President and other key leaders, and obstructed congressional certification of the electoral votes. Nor has he condemned any of them for these actions," reads the suit.

It's time for our officials to start treating Trump like the serious threat he is. If he is allowed back into office, American democracy as we know it is over. He must be barred from office for life.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more devastating news as January 6 Committee member Adam Schiff becomes the highest profile member of Congress to call for insurrectionist Trump to be banned from running for office under the 14th Amendment.

In front of millions of live MSNBC viewers, Schiff declared that it’s “very clear” that Trump “engaged in acts of insurrection and rebellion against America’s government and gave aid and comfort to those who do” — so he MUST be “disqualified from the ballot because he fits the 14th Amendment’s ban on traitors and insurrectionists ‘to a ‘t.”

BREAKING: Fulton County DA Fani Willis is in possession of emails and text messages which connect Trump’s legal team to the breaches of the Coffee County, Georgia voting system, according to CNN.

Details:

- The Fulton County Grand Jury is expected to indict over a dozen people, possibly as early as next week.

- These breaches of the voting system took place in January of 2021, days prior to the January 6th events, according to reports.

- Trump associates appear to have breached the voting system in an effort to try and find information that they could use to claim that there was election fraud.

- Prosecutors are believed to have texts, emails and other documents which show that Trump hired operatives and attorneys to access the voting system illegally.

Then, Trump had the audacity to refer to his phone call with Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, in which the Trump begged Raffensperger to “find” him enough votes to steal Biden’s win, was a “perfect” call.
