Proud to have had my first covid-19 vaccination. The staff hub was really well run and a kind dr took the time to discuss my history of severe allergy first. 👍 2 days ago now and no side effects.

@RuthCarlyle @NHS_HealthEdEng @readingagency Headspace app helped me during my redeployment to a covid isolation ward. I listened to the sleepcasts before bed and fell asleep so quickly! My 7 year old also listens to them when worried about nightmares and he's always asleep within 10 mins. Also the happycolour app.
