@ProphetXLA Powell and Looney are the exact same player at this point. A good screener and ball mover, good locker room guy but way past their prime and at best a third string center. Both can barely move
@aaavaaav4@AnthonyIrwinLA Lebron is better than all the depth pieces here alone.
Having a third all-star level player as a depth piece is a automatic advantage.
@thknprjctph That’s the worst trade package I’ve ever seen for Camara and I’m a Lakers fan. Why in the world would Portland take Vando (a bad contract) and an expiring contract and a second for one of the best young defensive wings in the league? Carr, 1st swap plus 3 seconds is a fair deal
@PlayoffLucro@TheDunkCentral@sam_amick Because he is already set forever as a multimillionaire. And he knows the Pistons need to accept it or loose him for nothing
@canenation34@Fullcourtpass You’re life will be so sad when he retires. Are you looking for a new hobby then? It must be hard when Lebron is living rentfree in your mind
@LakersFilm Pelinka is betting on Luka&AR health. Sexton can help them rest in the regular season playing less minutes. If he would spend it on a wing, you might have a clear starting 5 but nobody who could create or score when Luka or AR are not in the game So they have to play more minutes
@LakersFilm The difference between Sexton and Nick Smith is way higher than the difference between Oubre and Ziaire/Thybulle.
Nick Smith is not even a NBA level rotation player, while Sexton is one of the best 6man bench scorers in the league.
@NbaFan2232@LakeShowYo Ant maybe has a higher floor than Luka, but definitely not a higher ceiling, wth. Lamelo is not better than AR not even close at being the second option. The rest I agree.
@gamblininvestor@ShamsCharania If you’re the spurs or okc with a contender level roster and a superstar plus tens of picks. Yeah agree, but as a clipper with nothing of that. It will completely destroy them
@masterkidgo Mathurin have an one year prove-it contract. He will try to put on numbers, not what Lakers need. Grimes is someone who is willing to buy into a role, thats why he is the better fit
@ShiversSh55948@Mr8113439708 Not true! Lakers need a wing who can defend the perimeter and occasionally help at the rim.
Luka is playing PF on defense most of the time, where he can rest and doesn’t need to move a lot.
