Where is Facebook!!?? Facebook earns millions thanks to us! Facebook should provide help when an user is in trouble and where are they!!?

Anybody hacked my account on Facebook 1year ago and It was used for inappropiate content( pornography etc) I tried to recovered It, however my password and email account was changed.
After reporting several times on facebook

I claimed in a police Office 6months ago, and the account continues opened
