@DrNighatArif Dr Arif, thank you so much for posting this. I have found coil fittings absolutely excruciating in the past, and was not aware of some of these options. Do you know if there is a less painful tool than tenaculum/ vulsellum for use in GP practices?

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

@CitizensUK My landlord is blaming me for damp & mould. Is there anything I can do? It’s been over a year since I first reported it & neither he nor the property management company (PMC) will act. LL finally sent a damp inspector but he is contracted by the PMC & also tried to blame us.

@SarahABendall That sounds really interesting! I’ve seen some bills for Ham in the 1670s belonging to the other branch of the Tollemaches (Buckminster Estate Office papers) but don’t recall anything like this - they were mostly for things like gilding, plumbing & fitting out house & garden.

@HysteroscopyA Had an absolutely dreadful coil fitting in Leicester last year. Coil is used for severe period pain, for which it has worked amazingly well, but fittings and removals can be excruciating. Complained to GP practice & told I was given option of GA but I absolutely wasn’t!
