What is the family boarding policy? Previously we have been turned away for kids 10 and under but over 6. This weekend, every flight offered 13 and under family boarding. We didn’t use it because of our previous experiences of being turned away. Please clarify.

Big problem w/ El Paso store on 5630 Desert Blvd & them not fulfilling orders honestly. Chatted w/ online help & they told me to talk to the store. Spoke w/ the store & they promised to fix it. Two days later & still missing my groceries. #PoorCustomerService #Help

Anyone notice @Kohls discounts are not correct? Every item is off. For example, a sweater shows it should be 11.99, add it to the cart and it becomes 12.00. Kids t-shirt is 4.99, and in the cart it is 5.00. Is this happening to every item?

El Paso baggage personnel failed to help my mom w/ lost luggage. No assistance on what to do next since she has no personal belongings at this point. No offer to get her necessities. Phone line to baggage claim goes to automation. What do you suggest we do next?
