Founder @MarketbrainOS | Building AI-powered market intelligence for smarter trading decisions. Sharing the journey of building in public, AI,markets & business
I’m Stephanie Divine, founder of Marketbrain OS.
For a while, I’ve been building quietly.
Today, I’m opening the doors and building in public.
Marketbrain OS is something I’ve been working on because I believe traders deserve better tools for understanding the markets, making decisions, and improving their trading process.
This is the beginning of the public journey.
I’ll be sharing the wins, the failures, the lessons, the product, and everything that comes with building a real company from the ground up.
If you’re a trader, founder, builder, investor, or simply someone who believes in what we’re building, I’d genuinely appreciate your support.
Follow the journey.
Try the product.
Give me feedback.
Tell someone about it.
Let’s see how far we can take this. 🚀

three weeks in.
this week I showed what MarketBrain OS does, the decisions behind it, and who shouldn't use any of it.
next week I want to turn it around: what are you about to spend on, and what would you check first?
I'm documenting all of it. follow for the rest.
a quietly useful MarketBrain OS habit: chaining.
map the buyers in Audience Intelligence, then feed that saved result into Messaging Analyzer, so the copy is judged against your audience, not a generic one.
try the chain on the free plan, no card: https://t.co/U5rDuP4JqF
our robots.txt at MarketBrain OS welcomes AI crawlers by name: GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and more.
more buyers now ask an AI which tools exist. I'd rather be readable to those answers than invisible to them.
#AIMarketing
how much review does a marketing decision need? ask two things: what does being wrong cost, and how sure are you?
cheap + sure: ship it
cheap + unsure: ship small, watch
costly + sure: check the assumptions
costly + unsure: review before a cent moves
#Marketing
hot take: if your landing page needs a video to explain what you sell, the video isn't the fix.
the sentence above the video is. most visitors never press play.
argue with me in the replies.
a gap I'd love martech coverage to dig into:
AI marketing tools say what they predict, rarely how often they were right on real spend. I couldn't find an independent study testing one against real CPA.
reporting on AI claims? let's talk.
#journorequest#ArtificialIntelligence
the MarketBrain OS status page says, right at the top, that it's updated by hand, not by an automatic monitor.
I'd rather tell you how the page works than let a green dot imply more than it knows.
#SaaS
small business owners: what's one thing you heard from a customer that changed how you advertise?
the best ad copy usually sounds like a customer talking, not a marketer. I'd love to collect a few of yours.
an ad that tries to introduce you, explain the features and close the sale usually does none of them.
give each ad one job: get noticed, get understood, or get the click. then judge it only on that job.
bookmark this for your next brief.
#PerformanceMarketing
swipe files are survivorship bias with good fonts.
you see the ads that ran for months, never the ones that died in a week. copy the reasoning, not the layout.
your best week will probably be followed by a worse one.
that's not the strategy failing. it's regression to the mean. extreme results drift back toward normal.
send this to whoever's about to redo the plan after one good Monday.
#GrowthMarketing
developers building marketing tools on LLM APIs: how do you keep outputs structured enough to compare run to run?
I've made my choices building MarketBrain OS and I'd like to hear yours. replies open, nerd out freely.
#AI
AI made the first draft free, and quietly broke a signal.
a polished draft used to prove someone had thought hard. now it proves someone wrote a prompt. reviewers have to ask what it was checked against.
covering AI and creative work? let's talk.

one product, five ways in. where I'd start in MarketBrain OS, by who you are:
founder: Strategy Lab
small business: the free scorer
agency: Conversion Doctor
growth team: TestLab Pro
creator: Messaging Analyzer
pick yours and spend 20 free tokens on it, no card.
#MarTech
AI didn't make briefs less important. it made a vague brief fifty times more expensive.
a fuzzy brief used to cost you one bad ad. now the tool executes it faithfully, at volume, before lunch.
#AIAgents
our comparison page against ChatGPT has a section called "what ChatGPT is better at".
it also says MarketBrain OS runs on Gemini 2.5 Pro, not a secret model of our own.
a comparison that only lists your wins isn't a comparison. it's an ad.
#BuildInPublic
Workflow Analyzer is the one MarketBrain OS tool that has nothing to do with ads.
describe how work moves (who does what, in what order) and it looks for bottlenecks, wasted effort and things worth automating.
try it on the free plan if your week drags.
#SmallBusiness
plenty of landing pages ask before they've earned it.
the order that works: claim, proof, ask. one promise, a reason to believe it, then one step.
a "book a demo" button above any proof is asking a stranger for trust on credit.
#DigitalMarketing
give me a founder about to spend their first real ad budget, and I'd ask for one hour first.
not to look at the ads. to hear the sentence they'd use to explain the product to a stranger.
if that sentence wobbles, every ad built on it will too.
