@MarkEvansO2 Please would you explain how I can report my daughter’s stolen phone (appreciate that bit isn’t your problem) when NO-ONE EVER answers the O2 phone lines. Constantly put on hold. She has even been into an O2 shop (Harrow) and the guy she spoke to was extremely unhelpful.
