@united my daughter flying home from college solo for the first time ever. Leaves Columbus 45 mins late for no reason. Flight is 50 mins. Landed at Ohare and sat on the runway for an HOUR waiting for a gate. Ridiculous. Why do people even try to fly your airline. Late 100%
