Current situation - gone from one extreme to another. Bodybuilding to powerlifting to inconsistent training and an unhealthy lifestyle. Going way past that life balance and losing 4-5kgs probably in muscle. But we live and we learn. Time to find my healthy balance.
A few from today. After months of inconsistent training and only training once a week at max I managed 100kgs 3 x3, 110kgs and 120kgs x 1 🥺 shocked but super happy that I still have some strength
