Why is my hair still breaking even with hair treatment !!!
This happens to many people and they are asking what the problem is and they are confused.
One of the major problem that causes this type of hair loss is insulin resistance.
If you have insulin resistance it can affect the blood vessels and your body will not be circulating nutrients to the right places, you will be eating but your body is not getting the right nutrient at this point , you will just be getting fat.
How to deal with this type of hair loss.
🪮 Change your diet to more protein and Fibre diet to control sugar.
🪮Start exercise to help reverse this.
🪮Stop take sugary drinks
🪮Drink tea like moringa , greentea etc.
🪮Continue your healthy hair routine
🪮Sleep better.
If you do this your skin and hair will do better even your health.

Today's Safety Tips 🦺 ⛑️
Whether petrol/gasoline or diesel. Generators save lives during power outages, but they kill people every year mainly through carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning, fires/explosions, and electric shocks. Follow these strictly to stay safe 👇
1. Carbon Monoxide (CO)
The Silent Killer... Never run any generator indoors, in a garage, basement, shed, or any enclosed/partially enclosed space... even with doors/windows open or fans blowing. CO builds up fast and can kill in minutes.
Place it outdoors at least 6–7 meters 20+ feet away from doors, windows, vents, or any opening to your house. Point the exhaust away from the building.
2. Petrol/Diesel is Highly Flammable
Never refuel while the generator is running or hot, turn it off and let it cool for at least 2–5 minutes as spilled fuel on hot parts can ignite instant fire. Use only approved fuel containers no plastic bottles or glass. Store fuel outside the house, away from living areas, heat sources, or open flames. For diesel, avoid water/contaminated fuel which clogs filters/injectors.
Keep the generator on a flat, level, dry surface away from flammable materials (dry grass, curtains, fuel cans, etc.). Have a fire extinguisher (Class B for fuel fires) nearby and know how to use it.
No smoking or open flames when handling fuel.
3. Shock Prevention
Never plug the generator directly into your house wall socket... this can electrocute utility workers or start fires. Use a proper transfer switch installed by a qualified electrician if connecting to house wiring. Plug appliances directly into the generator. Check cords for cuts, frays, or damage and replace if bad.
Keep the generator dry and never use in rain, wet conditions, or puddles. If it might rain, use a proper weather cover but never fully enclose it. Dry hands and stand on dry ground when touching/operating it. Don't overload... check your generator's wattage rating and add up what you're plugging in (fridges, ACs need extra "starting" watts).
4. Read the manufacturer's manual cover-to-cover before first use... every model has specific quirks. Keep children, pets, and unauthorized people away from the running generator (hot surfaces, moving parts, exhaust). Place on stable ground to avoid tipping/vibration issues. Turn on the generator before connecting loads, and turn off/disconnect loads before shutting it down. Run periodic maintenance: change oil, filters, spark plugs as recommended as bad maintenance can cause breakdowns or fires.

My Dad once told me that “when you make friends with children, no human can hurt or keyyyl you”
I have seen this played out in my life on several occasions.
The one I will never forget in my life was the day I wrote my second semester Oral Literature exam as an undergraduate.
My neighbor gave birth while in school, she was also a student but still in school because it was exam period.
On this faithful day, I was bathing her three days old baby, I had so much joy bathing a new born that I didn’t know it was already time for my exams.
After bathing her, it was 9am already and my exam was to start at exactly 8:20
I didn’t even take my bath again, I rushed to school, getting there, I realized I didn’t come with my school ID card which without it, I won’t be allowed to write the exam.
About 5 students who forgot theirs were already begging the Invigilator to allow them in but he refused and there were coming from a very far place.
I didn’t want to waste my time, since my own lodge is not so far, I decided to rush and get it.
I entered keke drop for the first time in school
My very first time and this keke spoiled half way on our way back in a place where you will never see another keke.
I alighted and wanted to continue my journey on foot, that was when I realized that I was wearing rice and beans on my foot. Like I mistakenly wore another slippers on my left leg because I was in a hurry.
I wanted to just go like that but omo! The embarrassment
I had to trek and run back to my lodge, from a far I called my landlord’s son Obinna to throw my black footwear for me. He did throw it but it entered the bushy area of our lodge.
I can’t waste more time looking for it, I just collected Obinna’s slippers and flew off like a bird.
I finally got back to the hall and the Invigilator asked me why came so late. I told him I was there before but I went back to collect my ID card.
He said I was not among the five persons he sent out earlier and that I came late even before going back for my ID card. I then told him about my neighbor that gave birth and I was the one who baths the baby.
Immediately, this man gave me my papers and started calling me Omugwo lady.
In fact, after exam, he gave me extra extra time to write
In summary, I got A1 in that course we were not more than 3 that made such grade in that course. Clean A1 for a three credit unit course
If you like say “it’s because I study very well, what I know is that, my luck came from that sweet baby girl i have other course I studied hard too but I no see B not to talk of A
Be friendly around children, it opens so many positive doors and shields you from misfortune.
Do you agree with her?
