Mike Brown turned De'Aaron Fox into something very dangerous.
Jalen Brunson was always dangerous to an extent, but not to the extent he's been this season.
Imagine what Brown would have been able to do if he had access to Steph Curry as a head coach.
Oh wait, he has a 15-1 record as a head coach of Curry in the playoffs whenever he had to take over for an unwell Steve Kerr.
Maybe now, people will believe me a little more when I say Curry would have at least six championships by now if Warriors simply fired Kerr in 2016 and straight hired Brown as their new coach - it must have been sickening for a pro like Brown to have to pretend to be an underling of a complete amateur and fraud.
What a shame that Mike Brown had to pretend to be an underling of Steve Kerr when he is actually 10 times the coach.
If Warriors simply fired Kerr after 2016 and Brown took over, they'd have six-plus titles by now, KD never would have walked, Curry would be seen as a GOAT instead of the "GOAT shooter" by fools everywhere, and NBA history would be forever different.
Kerr disgustingly tainted what could have been - what should have been.
But let me get off of that right now because this is about appreciating the under-appreciated Brown. Grossly under-appreciated.
Thank you, Brown, especially for that 21-22 title. Not a chance in hell Warriors win that championship if Brown moved on. They would have been a second-round exit under only Kerr.
The Knicks gave up young players in Quickley/Barrett for OG Onunoby/Achiuwa - win-now players.
Did they win that trade? Yes, they won BIG and now have an opportunity in the Finals.
The Warriors could have traded for Onunoby first by forking up a young Kuminga, but they PASSED. These colossal morons thought Kuminga was the future - the scouting ability of a retard, quite frankly.
History altered, because Curry is sitting on five rings right now at least, and maybe six if Warriors did right by him and traded for Onunoby.
Curry, Klay, Wiggins, OG, Draymond, Loon, DDV, GPII, Poole. That's a contender.
It makes my stomach turn every time I think about it. The KNICKS were able to build around Jalen Brunson better than Warriors could build round a top 10 player of all time.
The Knicks had more faith in Brunson than the Warriors had in Steph mothereffin Curry.
Joe Lacob is the biggest clown on planet earth and Bob Myers does not deserve another GM job for what they pulled against Curry.
Warriors just can't guard the PnR at all. Their concept guarding it has been broken all season long and they're paying for it right now. Jerry Stackhouse can go after this season because his defensive principles are not serious.
