@AirbnbHelp Every time I try to use AirCover, you deny the claim and in this situation, your team did not explain why and said it is final and not eligible for review. So now you are telling me you actually will review this?

Airbnb just denied my claim after a guest trashed my house, smoked inside, and hosted unauthorized parties over the course of a month. Airbnb says” you listed a pre-existing condition in your claim” and when I ask them to clarify, they say “no and this is final” @airbnb
