Also, people are usually ignorant not actually stupid, so using “stupid” is just inaccurate. People can’t help if they’re stupid, but they can improve themselves if they are uninformed.

@DearMrAtheist Way back when I was in high school, they let you skip one of your exams if you were out sick for at most a day or two for the term. They might still have this policy. Of course, if you’re out sick too much they make you repeat the term.
