1:1:1 scale Tasmania in Minecraft!
This is the new @GWR for the largest real-world place created in Minecraft at full scale.
It's over 2TB / 350K x 350K meters / beats the previous Denmark map by over 50% in land area (for a total of 64,000 sq km).
@thezachmeister@AshtonForbes 100%. My Hero is the best show I've ever seen, I'd say it's a masterpiece... Walking Dead maybe comes close. It's the only show I continually tear up for (happy and sad) still nearly every episode for the 12th time watching it/reactions.
@CapaRoja95@QuanticASI Higher IQ people, on average, tend to pay more attention to 'things' than lower IQ people. There are some exceptions like individuals with ADHD and autism for example that could help/hurt it as well.
@yoyonofukuoka@LynnLoera@JOKAQARMY1 I saw this orange lightning flashing multiple times in some clouds near where I live last night while taking my dog on a walk. NW ATL suburbs @ 9:34-9:35PM.
Agree, but electric (or any form of renewable) cars make more sense than any form of cars that use anything non-renewable in the long-term.
Save the oil for the millions of rockets we'll have and be launching in 2050-2100. The only other option for rockets is nuclear I believe.
And the only downsides are an extra 10-15 minutes longer during road trips to fuel up. Otherwise you get better/more performance, safety, handling and grip in snow, maintenance is just replacing tires, and fuel costs are cheaper (along with the total cost of owning it if you keep it for at least 5-10 years - compared to buying a Toyota Camry instead).
I had a similar thing happen to me in high school, senior year. We were talking about college/finding study groups and the teacher recommended to find the smartest kid in the class to study with...
Kid in my class: "So who's the smartest in this class?"
Our teacher then came over to my desk in the front row, puts both her hands on it, looked at the kid who asked the question and said:
"I can't tell you that, Stephen (my name)."
And repeats it a second time.
Nowadays, at least 350-400 mods. These packs are usually optimized to play with ~8GB.
I have a modpack I recently started working on called BiomeMAX, which uses about 9-10GB and has just over 500 mods. It may be possible to run it on 16GB Windows systems, but only barely with optimizations/everything closed.
Tried to have my brother play it but he only had ~8GB free so came up short.
That's not even mentioning what if Windows gets worse? Or there's more mods and bigger packs a year from now?
With modded Minecraft you'll need at least 24GB/32GB (or about 8-12GB free for it to run) after everything else like OS/Discord/browser. Simply not possible with 16GB once you get into the larger packs unless you're on Linux.
And you'll need more than 32GB if you want to not pay $50+/month for that modded server to play with friends. Or a second 24/32GB computer to host it on.
@PhillyInATX@dhe3g@BallTalkO 2010 music is the best. Nothing else hits as hard, maybe a few exceptions with rap, but it's still a different vibe.
I've been freestyling on and off as a hobby and within the past year or two I've started seeing "2010 type beats". So I hope they make a comeback eventually.
@oliviscusAI Wow, it's improved a lot since I last looked at it a ~year ago. I used another software called EarthToMC for this map:

@AIDRIVR It likely didn't plan this from the start; I'm thinking it thought to do a U-turn at the next light ahead but then as it continued, the gap appeared/opportunity came.
@Wetbed15 @JoeyThaGamer@harristic_ Yeah, luckily the music is one of the least important aspects of games for me. It'd just be a nice bonus if I like to jam to it more/keep it on.
