@wealthagent @GarethHobbs5 This is another Lie by HMRC. I have written correspondence from HMRC re the status of my APN's on my Settlement. Quote: "The amounts specified in my APN's and included within your contact settlement and are treated as paying the APN amounts late." Yep HMRC making their own rules!

So what are the logistics here. 50K new settlement agreements requires 50 staff handling 1000 each. So make it 51 and that extra person can do Redress of those who settled if only 800! #HMRC is responsible for this quagmire NOT #LoanCharge victims Settled or Unsettled.

That new terms exclude pre-DR loans & those who have settled, rewarding activism, non-engagement & even non disclosure, means advisors will never again recommend early settlement. #HMRC

Did the maths because I Settled under duress I'm £23K worse off compared to 2025 terms. Would be interested @Nigel_Farage view because we cant sue @UKLabour BUT if 800 who settled donated £5K each (stopping our payments) that's £40Million war chest @ the Next Election #LoanCharge

These terms are considerably more favourable to terms many Settled with in 2020 Now just like the void option in the example - My Settlement also has a void option on non-payment. As McCann didn't see the obvious maybe I play the VOID option to get the SAME Discounts #LoanCharge
