First Florida trip ever where I couldn’t wait to leave. @UniversalORL is an expensive mall with 50% out of service rides. @WDWGuestService has cut back on the experience, but not the cost. And unhelpful staff is new. My only reason to stay is to stay safe from @delta

For context, 2019 trip was for 10 days, had an all inclusive dining plan, and all of the great service and perks. This trip was 7 days, fewer park passes, no dining plan, less experiences, cost over $2k more than the 10 day trip. Hence the complaining.

I understand how privileged I am to be able to take my family to these places, but I hope these corporations realise that saving for 3 years to come here is not trivial, and good will and brand won’t keep them afloat forever.

@BeginTry Yep, that was us for the first few days. Then we gave up and decided to just enjoy what we got done within the kids stamina levels. At Hollywood studios today that resulted in 5 hours and 4 rides

@BeginTry I agree with you, and prior to this I wouldn’t have. It’s all pressure, merchandise down your throat, and with the genie system, long lines and/or the entire day spent looking at your phone to try to get lightning lanes. Completely spoiled it as a destination trip
