#IDA21 is not only about the money, but also the vision, leadership, and political will. It is about empowering communities, building capacities, and nurturing innovation.
The problem is not lack of resources, but a global economic system that is unjust to Africa. #IDAworks

#Africa needs social economic transformation. The focus should be on achieving low cost of production and promoting exports vs imports. We need financing for transport (railways), electricity, and manufacturing, and not loans for capacity building (seminars) #IDA21 #IDAworks
