@OptaAnalyst Why wasn't Scammacas attempted lob of the Spain goalkeeper counted as a shot on target and save in the first half??

@AskPaddyPower @connordavidson1 @Wallaspur This also let my bet down. Scamacca tried to lob the keeper and it was saved. He was in an offside position but the ref didn't stop play so it should of counted as a shot on target. OPTA should fix this like they usually do!
