I have done the same multiple times as have many other authors. I have proof a book was read and they still ignore! #Amazon #unreliable

But their tech team and even exec customer service deny there is an issue so making the issue public is the only option to get them to take notice. Lots of authors have the same issue and it stems back to the same date in Aug last year. #Amazon #payindieauthors!
