Had a great weekend at the Granite State BBQ Championship. Cooked mostly how we wanted, but got mixed results from the judges. Wasn't thrilled with the brisket, but didn't think it was that bad. Puzzled about the ribs.

Chicken - 19th
Ribs - 30th 💩
Pork - 10th 🏆 💵
Brisket - 36th 💩💩💩💩
Overall - 28th out of 37
