They are coming for your media, coming for the content you like to watch, coming for independent viewpoints. We are heading for a Russian Pravda style state control of the media. First YouTube then TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and when they feel strong enough they will target X. This is not me making it up. YouTube has put this on their website. PLEASE go to their website, find the public consultation and tell the government to stick their proposals up their arse!! Ideally not using that language!🤣
The Sony backlash has transcended the borders of gaming. Comedians, fast food chains, tech companies, everyone is piling on Sony. Everyone can feel that something bad has happened. It is by far the most intense criticism we have ever witnessed against a gaming platform.
The more I think about this, the more I solidify in my mind a conspiracy theory:
PlayStation’s timing on their announcement to end physical games
+
The largest, most anticipated game launch in history (GTA 6) announcing digital only
=NOT a coincidence.
@VenomsTech@Sony Lately none of the sony decisions are in favour of consumers they are only to please themselves and share holders in short sony has started enshitification and the sad truth they don't care as games pre booking and sales are up
@LikeToBeBossy This also will affect other media, films and music eventually will become the same, do you want to live in a world where nothing is your own
@KahliefAdams Convenience is all well and good, but with a digital purchase you never truly own it. That is the problem you are removing the option of choice, because this eventually will happen to films and music, do you want to truly live in a world where you own nothing
