S. Korea made naked short selling criminally illegal in 2021.

South Korean officials said #HSBC periodically deleted files at its Korean branch’s server related to the #naked short selling and stored some relevant files at overseas branches' servers to block Korean financial authorities’ access to them.

Prosecutors will report HSBC’s naked shorting activities to Korean financial regulators and the #Korea Exchange.

This is the first time S. KOREA has brought criminal charges against a global #investment #bank for short selling.

#SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison today for defrauding millions of Americans with #FTX‼️

Now, if only #US regulators and the #DOJ would do the same with naked short sellers, the world would be a better place.

The $AMC #AMC price action looks completely manipulated.

As the price falls and AMC loses about 1/3 of its market cap in 3 trading days the money flowing into $AMC has been in a constant uptrend.

So where is all the money going? - That is a good question. AMC has been on the threshold list for 42 days, with high short volume, and high dark pool activities. Maybe the answer is there.

This looks like a spring is building.
