@John_Dabell I agree. After having oral cancer, a jaw rebuild and losing half my tongue, I find the inability to respond quickly and clearly is something I miss terribly. Social withdrawal is something I constantly battle. I need the interaction.
@nurse003@John_Dabell Karen, I am so sorry for your loss. And what a nightmare for you both. I was very lucky in my care: a great surgeon, nurses, and friends. I had a PEG tube for a few months, but was able to have it removed. Keep strong.
@Limeylizzie@ThanksCancer I just discovered that I have chemo induced neuropathy in my feet. They don’t hurt, but I can’t feel where they are, so I’m rather clumsy. I look like a tippler when I’m walking!
And I love those boots!
@Limeylizzie This whole thing is heartbreaking. The victims went out for a meal, a drink, some fun with their kids, and never went home. And to have the suspect be a citizen of my rural town is surreal.
