@Buseireann what sort of a backward, lack of customer focused, excuse for a company do you run?? Got on the, 1703 service from Navan. I couldn't get tickets on line, you don't take cards on the bus and when I went to pay with legal tender, you had no change. Shocking
AIB @AIBIreland. How is acceptable that you expect a customer to be on hold for 50 minutes to get through to your care team. Especially when the reason for having to call aib is because setting up your authentication app is so bad. It didn't recognise any existing accounts.
@AIBIreland I wouldn't have to call you if your App had any thought put into its design. Shocking customer journey @AIBIreland and even worse support. Your customer facing teams obviously have no engagement with your developers. Shit customer experience = increased calls into call centre!!
