This afternoon I was supposed to be performing at a lovely venue, for a seated, listening audience. It was the first time I felt really melancholy about the status of things. My family and friends are all OK and for this I am grateful. We will all have to find a "new normal".

Many friends/musicians are doing what they do. They may not be getting paid yet figuring out how to live streams, pod cast, Youtube vids. Music is a gift to share, to help express emotion, complex feelings, things that are difficult to say, or have multiple meanings. Thank you!

First canceled gig notice last night, another at 9:00 AM. So tonight at 7:30 I will do Facebook live. Hopefully, I have the audio dialed in so it should sound OK. However, I can’t guarantee the performance and I can’t do anything about how I look, though I did trim my beard. LOL
