@247Blinds Awaiting call back re order delivered with a faulty motor. Was informed a manual winder so I could at least have a blind in place followed by a replacement motor. Yesterday the former didn’t arrive and today the latter didn’t arrive. Not great service!

@AmazonUK Very disappointed with Amazon UK. This was compounded following a conversation I had with your customer services manager, Shianna in that even though I had £75.00 in promotions for previous inconvenience caused this will not be credited to my account. Is this correct?

@AmazonHelp They told me, if you spend the promotions then return the item that they do not recredit the promotion. The issue I have with this is that the item was RTS prior to being received by me due to the parcel being delayed twice. The credit was for previous delivery/stock issues
