SERIAL MURDERER IN POLICE UNIFORM
🌻PC Elijah Kimoi (No. 91232) — arrested 7 Aug 2026 as prime suspect in the killing of Dr Victoria Nthunya Mutiso — is no stranger to a fatal shooting.
🌻DCI recovered a Mini Jericho pistol (KP47302127) from Nderi Police Post’s armoury, issued to Kimoi, with ballistics matching post-mortem cartridges to Dr Mutiso’s murder
🌻Insp. Kenneth Sang and PC Collins Bett Kiplagat are also named suspects — both have since escaped and are being traced.
🌻But Kimoi’s service number ties him to a 2011 case: he and 5 officers were charged with murder after fatally shooting taxi driver Stephen Njoroge in Ruaka during a botched carjack-recovery operation, wounding 3 others.
🌻Court of Appeal found the shooting unlawful but ruled there was insufficient proof of intent to kill — only 2 officers (Ariga & Ominde) were convicted of manslaughter (3 yrs each, upheld 2018). Kimoi walked free.

This is Elijah Kibelion Kimoi, the one who pulled the trigger in the killing of Dr. Victoria Mutiso. This police officer belongs to those killer squads whose job is simply to get paid and go carry out murders. After committing the killing, he goes online to post about how much he loves his wife and children. In other words, he ends the life of someone whose family depended on them, while his own family remains perfectly fine, all while believing he can keep destroying other families without ever being exposed. On his social media platforms he carefully cultivated the image of an ordinary, law-abiding citizen and dedicated professional, when in reality the situation on the ground was completely different. This man reported to a superior named Kenneth Kipkemboi Sang, who received the payment and assigned the dirty work to Kibelion. Some time ago, Riggy G stated that Kasongo had formed a police killer squad made up exclusively of Kalenjins.
