Henry Nowak’s father, Mark, says his son was the victim of two-tier policing.

His dying son was handcuffed and was not believed by the officers attending.

Meanwhile, he says Vickrum Digwa was not handcuffed after his arrest and was even taken to a kitchen at the police station to choose his food.
