@lord_fed In the US? There's perception and will. It's easy to create political points talking about it. Texas, for example - just go to every new housing development. ranch, farm, and service job like housekeeping and lawn care. You'd easily fill buses but kill the service economy

@texasrunnerDFW @DallasAptGP I'd consider it transient, I moved to PA last summer from Prosper. There were many people in my neighborhood who were only there for the jobs with no desire to stay in TX long term. No place is for everyone, and north Dallas is an endless series of sameness (to me)
