Maybe unpopular opinion, but I don't have much desire to see Smith-Azim anymore. I like what Azim has shown so far, but he's been really inactive as of late which does nothing to progress him any further towards that World Level people proclaim he is. Smith's level is higher imo

No matter how you see it win/lose, Smith put up a brilliant performance there imo. Either guy really could have got it, but by that performance he's clearly the most skilled fighter in the UK at the moment imo.

Great, entertaining chess match over 12 between Smith/Puello. I thought Smith was fantastic early on, but Puello certainly got some rounds back towards late stages there & did excellent with the left hand in his own right. 1 up for Smith on my card, could swing either way imo.

Interesting & close fight I feel here after 6 rounds. Got Smith a couple ahead after 6 and I think he's landing a bit more accurately so far here, but Puello doing a good job especially with the left at points. Good fight

It looked a solid card for me on paper, but MR really could have put one or two more competitive matches on this card. Already at the main event nearly. This is why DAZN Ultimate is such bs. Selling these barely average Fight Night cards as part of the thrilling 'Ultimate'

If Smith is victorious, at least for me personally, he'd be one of the few in with a shout of being fighter of the year with two wins over guys in that B+-A category at 140. Navarette-Foster is the fight with more at stake, and a potential great action fight there too.

Really good landscape overall this weekend for boxing, with 2 highly interesting main events in Smith-Puello / Navarette-Foster. I really like this Smith-Puello fight especially, & it's a different challenge for Smith to that of his incredible win to claim gold over Matias.

Can't just be me thinking that boxing is in a really worrying state if it's relying on horribly overpriced fighters like Haney, who hasn't even fought & probably won't this year. Boxing should not be rewarding low output, entitled 'fighters' like Deebo Dev, whatever that means🤦‍♂️

Mac Allister with 1 back is a good sign & feel he's been one of the rare strong points for us so far here, if any, beside a couple of the youngsters. We easily could still have a shout in this game but not been good enough so far & changes desperately needed at HT.

The way one Villarreal attacker alone can cut through 4 of our defenders with a piece of cake at the minute. The defending is abysmal, something needs changing already here I'd argue.
