Amending Tax Returns after filing with the ERC VDP: Since this is for 2020, it is too late to claim any refund in that year. Reading the ERC FAQS, I believe I can add back the additional wages repaid last year with the ERC VDP to the 2024 tax returns. Does that sound right?

Special Needs Trust: If Annuity sold, are they taxed on this, or only taxed when they take distributions from the Trust? (I believe taxed overall, but wanted to check since I don't do Trusts. #TaxTwitter
