@gbrl_dick Not at all in the Iya Valley, wasn't able to squeeze it in (limited time, all travel by bike). We travelled Onomochi->Matsuyama->Kochi->round the coast to Takamatsu. It's on a list for some day in the future I guess.
@gbrl_dick I loved my 2 weeks cycling round Shikoku, my regrets were not exploring more in Matsuyama or the Iya Valley. Kochi Castle was nice, Ritsurin Garden at Takamatsu is great if youre into that sort of thing. Pretty hard to go wrong on Shikoku though.
@NealSpackman@RizomaSchool Not all energy is created equal however. It may be energy on demand becomes more scarce, even whilst aggregate energy available for work, when it wants to work, becomes more abundant.
@alacrates I remember being fascinated by that documentary when i saw it years ago. Coincidentally, @Low_Techno just released a podcast where they were talking about composting systems including heat recovery and Jean Pain, which is worth a listen to anyone interested.
@quachelsey Our 16mo twins moved into our 3yo's room with some white noise. Twins down before or after the 3yo went to sleep (not during). Worked well for the first year or so, after that I concur with the lock on door as above.
@lowlandsapien Yes I was looking at low-res. Looks like Cairns, Townsville, Launceston and even Albany and Kalgoorlie are on there. Looks like it is done on electorate or ABS regional boundary, so maybe the cut-off isn't so cut and dried. Still very interesting, thanks for sharing.
@Collett45193711 These companies know what you look at online, and they know what people who you know look at and buy online. A list of everyone's digital associates is documented (somewhere).
@emilio Something similar happened to me a long time ago in a presentation. I'm not sure I would be able to respond with kindness today. I wish you well resolving this, there are always going to be some people you can't shut up. You do good work.
@emilio Categorically false, of course. Your work is valuable to people all over because it is able to be applied practically. Perhaps unrelated but I have found hostility to appropriate technology or aligned ideas in the past where it threatens the demand for consulting professionals.
