@sat_jamesmartin following your masterclass on lamb, I was inspired to make this. Lamb neck, braised for 10 hours, pressed overnight then sliced and pan fried until crispy. Served with a grilled lamb cutlet, feta croquettes, pea puree, asparagus, and a minted lamb sauce 😋
