@SenSherrodBrown The problem is the ABC test will HURT those who are ICs by choice, already control the work they do & rates they charge. I agree WORKERS need stronger protections. But ICs like me are BIZ OWNERS. ABC test can’t distinguish. There are other ways to fight true misclassification.
