@babydocwhit @bethanyjbabcock Some areas have a rule where you CANT remove them because appraisers and listing agents rely on them for comps. Some MLS require them to be removed as well and only leave the cover photo. Depends on region

@ToddLlewellyn The less you spray the better. I’ve had better luck with cardboard. Breaks down naturally. Lay it down, wet it, but top soil over it, and next year just put preen or mulch down to prevent weeds

@SVDoomBC @creativeburne In the short term, the future seems difficult to imagine/understand haha. But I think one of these future administrations will wake up and see people are having kids later, and legal immigration is too difficult/complicated and will make some tough decisions

@SVDoomBC @creativeburne I feel the only path to growth is some some of AI tax redistribution to the people. The birth rate collapsing here is a real threat. Best ways to solve it is immigration or change the culture to be more inclined to have babies. Immigration seems easier haha
